The Chairman of the Advisory Council plays a central role in coordinating the Council’s work and monitoring the implementation of strategic policies and projects in close collaboration with the President, Deputy Presidents, and the Secretary-General. He also supervises providing advice and recommendations on legislative and organizational policies, ensuring smooth operations within the Council’s institutional structure efficiently and effectively.

This advisory body plays an important role in enhancing communication between the Council’s organs and the national parliaments of member states, providing guidance on best parliamentary practices, and supporting official meetings and regional and international conferences, ensuring effective decision-making and achieving the Council’s strategic objectives.

The Chairman of the Advisory Council is responsible for coordinating the work of the advisors, following up on joint initiatives, and contributing to the development of the Council’s policies and future programs. He also seeks to strengthen cooperation among Council members to achieve sustainable development, peace, and political stability across both continents, while supporting multilateral parliamentary dialogue.

Through this role, the Chairman of the Advisory Council serves as a strategic link between the Presidential Bureau and Council members, directly enhancing the Council’s capacity to address regional and international challenges through continuous consultation and effective coordination.
