The Asian-African Parliamentary Council is an international parliamentary body bringing together representatives of parliaments from Asian and African countries. The Council aims to promote parliamentary cooperation, dialogue, mutual understanding, and the exchange of expertise and perspectives among the countries of Asia and Africa.

The Council was established as a parliamentary platform for strengthening communication, cooperation, coordination, and partnership among Asian and African parliaments and their representatives.
