I am pleased to convey to you the greetings of my master, His Highness the Amir of the State, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, may Allah protect and preserve him, and his thanks for your congratulations, as well as those of the brothers, members of the National Parliaments of the two continents, to His Highness, may Allah protect him, on the occasion of the second anniversary of His Highness assuming the reins of government.
